Accessing the Customer Area

Our on-line services, available in the Customer Area, can be accessed by holders of an identification code and a password.
Only our Clients are in possession of their identification code. By filling in the application form your password will be sent to the e-mail address of your choice within 10 days of your request.

The access password for the Customer Area may be requested by companies holding a shipment contract with Trenitalia Divisione Cargo.

The access password to the Customer Area is released to the legal representative of the applicant company, or his/her appointee. For large companies registration can be performed by one of the chief corporate officers (marketing, transport and logistics or sales managers).

Once the password is issued Trenitalia S.p.A. will consider the holder fully responsible for its correct use.

The password is unique to each client. However, client password holders are entitled to enable up to 10 company staff to use it.

Please remember that the validity of the password is connected to the duration of the contract signed with Trenitalia S.p.A. For contracts shorter that 1 year, the password will remain valid for the whole year.

One month before expiry, the Trenitalia system will automatically inform clients that applications must be resubmitted within one month after the password expiry date.

Clients will facilitate the issuing of the new password by informing us of the renewal of their trade relations with Trenitalia.
