  • This allows the customer to easly make all necessary checks, in particular for shipments that still have to be invoiced, to spot of any irregularities which can be reported before the invoice is issued.

    In the same area, for those customers who are party to contracts including a commitment to punctuality with penalties have a sub-area to view the following data:
  • HLR (customer’s final time of availability)
  • MAD (Trenitalia’s time of availability )
  • This section contains:
  • An interactive area enabling customers to report any irregularities
  • Reporting regarding MAD punctuality data in comparison with the timetables agreed and included in the contract
  • Reporting on the penalties paid by Trenitalia in the event of a delay
